The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code on this website belong to Kelly Plumbing & Heating LLC or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use.

Please do not copy the content — including the images — onto another website, or use it to promote another business, without our written consent.

The Kelly Plumbing & Heating name and logo identify this business. Other names and logos that appear on this site — manufacturers whose equipment we install, trade bodies, or review platforms — belong to their owners and appear here only to say what we work with. Their appearance is not a claim of ownership and does not imply that they endorse us.

We build this site from material the business supplies and from stock we license. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, or that a photograph of you was published without permission, we want to hear about it and we will act quickly.

Send us, in writing, the following:

1. Identification of the work you say has been infringed. 2. The address of the page on this site where it appears, specific enough for us to find it. 3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address. 4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may decline a notice that is incomplete, and we may restore material if we receive a valid counter-notice.
